Also, be sure take photos of the damaged items.

In the event that “The Pet Pass” makes a shipping error, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement, as per your preference. We are human and also make mistakes 😉
9. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
