Refund Policy for The Pet Pass

Effective Date: October 25, 2023

All sales of The Pet Pass are final as every Pet Pass is customized to your pet. This means that once you have purchased a Pet Pass, you cannot return it or receive a refund unless a mistake has occurred on our end. If you believe that a mistake has occurred, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Examples of mistakes that may qualify for a refund include:

  • We have made a mistake on the final print after you approved the proof.
  • You were charged twice for the same Pet Pass.

We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Your order got lost.
  • You made a mistake and didn’t want it after it was printed.
  • You are unhappy with the quality of the Pet Pass.

If you are unsure whether or not you are eligible for a refund, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

To request a refund:

  1. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your Pet Pass.
  2. Explain the reason for your request and provide any relevant documentation, such as photos of a damaged Pet Pass or a copy of your receipt and/or order number.
  3. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
